The two, joined by Mili’s beloved fat orange cat Dixie, set off on an innocent pedal boat outing in Hayarkon Park and get entangled in series of adventures with an evil admiral (Shmuel Vilozny), a mysterious sea-cat-monster, and four brave sea scouts.

“Cats on a Pedal Boat” is a trashy comedy corresponding with American B movies, free of artistic aspirations and willing to only entertain. It was created on a low, low budget by very young film makers who make numerous cinematic references. The film is witty and rude – without being vulgar.
